Bring together a group of friends or strangers. Everyone closes their eyes and tunes in to their experience. Anyone can then offer a suggestion for what the group should pay attention to in the meditation, based on what they are aware of in the moment. 'Become aware of your hands', 'Imagine that there is no ground beneath you', 'Take a breath and feel down into your chest', etc. Everyone is invited to share suggestions, going with a natural flow, for 5-10 minutes.
